They discuss a report (available here in English and Spanish) by the IHR Clinic, which finds that the number of women in prison has increased in recent years. In fact, the population of female prisoners in Argentina's federal prisons has expanded nearly 200 percent in the past two decades, "a much higher rate than the increase in the number of incarcerated men."
